Marcus Samuelsson Industry Night and Brunch Celebration
In collaboration with MARCUS executive Chef Jason DeJordy-Mossis, Chef Marcus Samuelsson hosted 3 days of activations in September 2022. These included a special brunch celebration and an industry night to celebrate the Montreal culinary community’s resilience over the past few years.
